Metti International exceeded my expectations. I was recently scammed by the moving company I hired to move our furniture. So, I was very careful in choosing a company to move my vehicle. I found Metti on the BBB website and gave them a call. Gene answered the phone, and gave me personal attention. He was able to set up a pickup within two days of my call. Each time I called or texted with questions, he responded immediately and honestly. He was calm and knowledgeable and was willing to get in touch with the driver. It was a smooth and easy process. I would use Metti again and I would recommend them to friends.

Everything went well.

Professional, kind and the lowest price I found.

Metti International Vehicle Transporters were very professional and very kind. This was my first time using their services and I will use again hem again if life calls for it, absolutely.
The price was very competitive. Everyone else was wanted $400 plus what they got me for, the market had gone up this particular time that we had to use them and they by far had the lowest price.
They told me that they would work with me and they found someone that accepted the vehicle for that rate and the car got back to me exactly when they promised at the beginning.

Excellent total experience.

The car arrived in a very accessible space and the delivery by Eric, the driver, was made easily.
Unfortunately, the car had to travel through some ice and snow storms, which caused a little delay. I was very pleased with the service and communications.

Pleasant and Comfortable!

I have used Metti International Vehicle Transporters two times and each time the process has been really smooth. They are very professional and quick and make sure your car gets to it's destination looking the exact same way it did when you gave it to them. More importantly, the prices at Metti are really low in comparison to the vehicle transport companies that I have looked at. Should I ever need to, I will use them again and I recommend that you do too.

Excellent service.

I had a telephone conversation with their managers, Joe I think his name was, and he got me a driver within a couple of days to take my car to West Palm Beach for my son. The guy came by as promised, gave me notice in advance, and got the car to West Palm the following Saturday as he predicted. My son was very satisfied, said he had a good rapport with the driver. And so my experience with them has been very good.
Pricing-wise, they quoted me one price and when I told them that was sort of steep, they gave me a better price. The pricing wasn't the highest as some of the others were. I know because I had sent an automobile to my son in West Palm Beach before three years ago, with the same type of car and everything. Pricing was competitive, but the quality of their service makes it worth it.
They fulfill all their commitments and did a good job. They kept me informed and followed up to make sure the driver had contacted me. And the driver was good, too. I have had no problem at all with them, so I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to others.

Very smooth cross-country move!

The biggest factor involved in my five-star rating for Metti International Vehicle Transporters was superb communication. Metti International Vehicle Transporters was fantastic about keeping me in the loop. Phone calls were answered right away and emails were responded to immediately. Everything going on with my vehicle was relayed to me. They also had good prices. It is a rare combination to find these days. I recommend Metti International Vehicle Transporters.

Soo grateful for their EXCELLENT service!

Thank you Terri and Metti International! Seriously the nicest most helpful/proffessional business ever! I had called and recieved a courtesy call back. Explained my unfortunate situation to them and they were totally there to listen and help. Basically my Moms beetle broke down in SD while visiting family and she was panicking on how to get it back to La. As it is atleast a hundred miles away, it wasnt something we could just have any carrier do. Well they got right to work and looked to get us help asap and were answering all my questions comments and concerns. Terri is the sweetest and hilarious as well. Kept me feeling assured and taken care of. Check them out for any car transportation needs I HIGHLY recommend!

Most major credit cards, postal money orders and cashiers checks are acceptable forms of payment.

As with most transport services, a deposit is generally required when placing an order. Deposits range from 10-25 % of the total shipping cost. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery.

Most auto transport companies accept cash, certified checks, and postal money orders.

Coast to coast trips usually takes between 10-14 days. Shorter trips ranges from 3-7 days, depending on the actual distance. Some factors may delay a trip, including traffic, weather, and truck breakdowns.

Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present upon pick up of your vehicle. For your safety and your vehicle’s safety, an inspection is performed and a bill of lading must be signed that serves as proof of delivery.

The easiest way to ship an inoperable vehicle is to let us know when requesting a vehicle transport quote. There will be an additional charge, plus loading and unloading charges to your quote, if we are not informed of the vehicle’s condition prior to quoting.

Auto carriers are not licensed to carry house goods or personal items, these goods and items are not covered by the carriers insurance. Any damage to your vehicle due to household goods shifting or breaking is also not covered. Personal belongings left in the vehicle, are shipped strictly at the owners risk. Carriers will not inventory any belongings left in the vehicle and will assume no responsibility.

Your car is insured for the Blue Book value the entire time it is on the truck. Clearly listed on your Shipping Order, Agreement and Bill of Lading are occurrences not covered. At the time of pick up, a condition report is filled out and signed by both the person turning the car over and the truck driver and you are given a copy.

Upon delivery of your vehicle, this same report is presented. You should compare the condition of the vehicle to the report thoroughly at that time. If you feel damage has occurred to your vehicle during delivery, you must note it on the report before you sign it and the driver leaves. Damage done in transit does not relieve the shipper of paying for transport service performed. Claims will be handled by the vehicle carrier and insurance companies.

Metti International offers door-to-door auto transport service where possible. However, there are instances that we cannot collect/deliver directly to the door due to the size of our auto carrier’s trucks. The size of your street may prohibit direct delivery to your door. Also, some towns and cities do not allow trucks on their residential streets. If the carrier cannot get to your door, he will deliver your vehicle to the next most convenient accessible location, such as the nearest major crossing street, a shopping mall or supermarket.

Please have a no more than 1/4 tank of fuel, remove all personal items from your vehicle and have it washed and cleaned so that the ensuing inspection is easily performed. If it is a convertible, T-top, sunroof, etc. make sure all openings are closed and prepared for changing weather. You can find additional tips on how to prepare your car for transport here.
